Terms and Conditions Updated 10/15/2023
- Turn around times on orders are generally 14-18 business days, but are subject to change depending on availability of material and order capacity.
- If you plan on placing an order totalling more than $400 (before discounts) PLEASE reach out to us at support@justbeachydesigns.live to make sure it can be done within the timeframe needed. If you do not reach out to us first, you risk your order being canceled minus a 20% administrative fee.
- You have 30 calendar days to pick up your order before we reserve the right to dispose if your order. You will receive no refund as your product was made and you were notified. We will notify you at least two times using which ever method the order was given at, i.e Facebook, email etc. If your order is not picked up within 30 calendar days you will be invoiced for the cost of shipping. If this invoice is not paid within 7 days your item will be disposed of with no refund.
- All customs are made to order and in the order they are received!
- Unless otherwise stated, customization(changing of words or designs) is not available on most door hangers.You are welcome to reach out to Support@justbeachydesigns.live to check though.
- Rush processing is available. Depending on how soon you need your order the cost is 10%-20% of your order cost and can range from a 3 to 10 business day turn around time. Rush processing is NOT the same as rush shipping.
- If you have any issues with an order you've received, you must inform the company within 3 business days of shipment delivery. We will do our absolute best to resolve any issues you may have in a timely manner. *Damaged means noticible damage such as a dent that would prevent a smooth surface. A ding or scratch does not qualify for any kind of refund.
- You are responsible for the product once it's in your care. We are not responsible for any damage that may result from misuse or improper care.
- We will not use any product that's not from our stock without prior authorization. (i.e. providing your own wood or slate) We do this to guarantee the best quality product is always walking out of our door and delivered to you! If we do make an exception and use product provided by you, you will be required to sign a release of liability waiver in regards to the items you are providing us.
9a. If we agree to use your items on an order placed with Just Beachy Designs and you do not provide those items, you risk forfeiture of your order and no refund or credits will be provided. We will reach out multiple times(2-3) to your preferred method of contact over a two week time frame before your order is forfeited. - Paint party tickets are non-refundable. If you let us know in advance that you are unable to make it we are happy to provide a credit good for a party within 3 months. You also have the option of sending someone in your place instead.
- No hangers are provided due to liability issues
- All sales are final
Shipping
Once an item leaves my possession we are not responsible for what happens to it in transit. With that being said, we are more than happy to file a claim on your behalf. It is also VERY strongly advised that you purchase Route Package Protection if you have an order over $100. This is automatically added to your cart, if you decline it or remove it from your cart, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing your order. If there is damage to the box please assume that your order is damaged and start taking pictures and contact me immediately.
Privacy
Your information will not be sold, given away or shown to anyone for any reason. Period end of story. Our customers satisfaction and privacy are the most important thing there is.
